The services provided by this mobile notary are offered in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. ID Required
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of service. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Driver’s license, Passport, or state-issued identification card.
Failure to present a valid ID may result in:

Cancellation
If you completely cancel services, you will lose your deposit. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are separate from notarization fees and must be agreed upon in advance. Mobile travel is limited to Broward County. After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may incur an additional surcharge starting at $25.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of notarization or upon delivery of completed documents.
